There’s gotta be a bug
When you are able to log in, it’s completely fine for weeks. Then suddenly, the app doesn’t accept your password. Now your locked out. Call it in they can’t see anything wrong and yet you’re getting notices you’re locked out or restricted.
Mobile deposits don’t work well. Tried 4 times to upload, you can take pictures of both sides, enter the amount, then when it’s processing, it’ll just time out and log out of the app. ‘Time out session’Multiple times.
Loading the software takes forever, even on newest iPhones.
There’s a bug. Operator(s) thinks this is user error. The app has problems.
Not sure what systems they use to track these IT issues but they’re not working correctly or talking to each other. If you think there’s a problem, need to “come into the branch to show IT your phone” and they can trouble shoot.
