    This is the first time I have used online Mobile banking. It was easy will use it more often.
  • There’s gotta be a bug

    It’s app is trash. Longest process ever to change a password. Even after changing the password, the new one won’t be accepted. Online or or app.
    When you are able to log in, it’s completely fine for weeks. Then suddenly, the app doesn’t accept your password. Now your locked out. Call it in they can’t see anything wrong and yet you’re getting notices you’re locked out or restricted.
    Mobile deposits don’t work well. Tried 4 times to upload, you can take pictures of both sides, enter the amount, then when it’s processing, it’ll just time out and log out of the app. ‘Time out session’Multiple times.
    Loading the software takes forever, even on newest iPhones.
    There’s a bug. Operator(s) thinks this is user error. The app has problems.
    Not sure what systems they use to track these IT issues but they’re not working correctly or talking to each other. If you think there’s a problem, need to “come into the branch to show IT your phone” and they can trouble shoot.

  • Unreliable

    Kicks you out constantly or keeps loading and nothing happens. Sometimes it makes me want to switch to another credit Union because it’s so unreliable.
  • Disappointed

    According to customer service, this app is not compatible for use with iPad. I was able to make electronic deposits on my iPad with the old app, whereas I cannot with this iteration. Extremely disappointing.

    The bank keeps rejecting the image because it’s unreadable, even though I keep getting a success message. I was able to read the image just fine, but apparently the technology the bank uses needs glasses. This never happened with the iPad.

    It is extremely frustrating that I have to long on to the website in order to get details of my County Federal Visa account.

  • App issues

    The help I received to reset my password on my app was great but it’s just really ridiculous that I even have to call. At all my other banking institutions if i forget my log in information I can get it my info through email and texting and it’s far more simple straight forward and convenient but still safe.
  • Face ID doesn’t work

    It’s been working perfectly fine the past years, but I believe the recent update has a bug or something, because it will not let me use Face ID no matter how many time I re set it up. Very annoying.
  • Needs improvement

    This app needs improvement. It is very choppy and low quality. Often freezes even with updated version
