A downgrade from old app
The app is more challenging to navigate compared to the older version. Several features offered in the old version are no longer offered in the newer one. Hope they are able to improve the app or at least revert back to the old one.Unhappy customer

I have to verify it’s me, even though I know my sign in and password Information? And even when I entered all my information for the “first time sign in” it still didn’t work, they “couldn’t validate my Information”. This Was absolutely not necessary, why not just update the old app VS creating a new one? This is garbage and have been on hold for 30 minutes and counting....What a mess
First of All it won’t let me up date my home phone to my cell phone. Then the app wants to verify each time with a phone call. Ok In! Now it’s in Spanish. Why?? I didn’t select it! How do I change the language to English if I don’t understand the instructions? What a mess!This is so much more complicated
I loved the old app, but they discontinued it, and I didn’t realize until I tried to reinstall it... the “first login” questionnaire is an joke. And the User interface and experience is a HUGE step backward for legibility and clarity.Slow

If you’re changing to this new version for the iPhone, just be sure to sign into SCCFCU first online. The new online version will make you confirm “you are you” and then make you create a new password. After you’ve done that, delete the old app on your phone and then install the new version. Once I did that, everything worked seamlessly and quickly on my phone and I was able to deposit checks from the phone. I like the new app - really disappointed in the new online version.Error
I cannot log in even if I put all the correct information. I can't even call the phone number. It's always has busy lineNew upgrade
This is the worst upgrade of all times!! Wow!! What a joke, you should’ve just kept it the way it was. So frustrating and so time consuming to add everything all over again.
