Terrible format and processing. It is hit or miss if I can log in with either my password or biometrics. This is causing me to rethink my membership with the credit union since I cannot do simple transaction. I find it difficult to navigate through the ap. Access to statements is not straightforward and difficult to find. Seeing the Visa card option for transfers is difficult as you can’t scroll down easily to access this option when scrolling down.nhiopug

Today's update ate my Face ID
I had no issues with the app until I updated two minutes ago. After the update, the app acted as if I had mever set up Face ID. When I logged into the app manually, I could see that my phone was enrolled, but I had to delete it and re-enroll it in order to get Face ID to work again.nicknamethatisn'ttaken
