Declining
I’ve been with Unify for several years now and could say that I really enjoyed having them as my main bank. But recently the service has been rapidly declining. I’ve sent several emails to them inquiring about loan products and they never respond.
They also changed they way you can qualify for a Credit Rebuilder loan. Such a loan is meant for people with bad credit. Before Unify considered your banking relationship to help determine your qualifications. Now they use your credit score. And now you need to have a good credit score for a bad credit loan product. Mind blown. When you apply and get denied they do not tell you why or do not mail you anything as they should be. Highly disappointed.Love online banking
I love that I can go online anytime and check my account. I’m 74 years old and they’re not joking when they say your mind can play games with you so I forget sometimes and it’s so nice to be able to at any time in the middle of the night I can think of something and not remember and go online and check and make sure I paid that bill. Very good app but certainly has some limitations compared to some of my other banking apps like signing on by fingerprint. Also the way the bill pay goes to an older version is annoying and unusual. But overall it gets me what I need. UPDATE March 2019: they now have the fingerprint sign on. A great improvement but their Bill Pay is actually an older version. Some odd issues with changing dates or amounts on monthly payments but overall still good app.
