Annoying
This app has never been good. Any little improvement it makes is often overshadowed by an attempt to revamp the app, which only creates new issues. The one continuous frustration I’ve noticed is drop downs don’t work. Specifically, I’ve used the app to open new CDs for years and every single time the drop down only lets you automatically renew the certificate. For the last ~15 years, I’ve never had an easy time selecting “deposit into account” upon maturity. Every time I say this to anyone, they just say “oh well you should just call us.” Well I live in an apartment complex and often do my banking whenever I randomly think about it, which is often 12 am before bed. Not a lot of answers on the service line when you call at that time.
I’m going to keep using the app because I have no choice, but I still kind of dread any time I have to do anything besides simple transfers or payments.
