Unprofessional behavior and conduct
I had to call bank mobile and inquire as to why and when my disbursement would be processed as well as when it would be transferred seeing as it had been there since Friday. I don’t see why institutions would use this third party as financial aid disbursement with the unprofessional behavior and conduct I witnessed today. Calling support you could barely hear the questions being asked by the agent as the background noise was so loud. Met with a tone of disdain, arrogance and iratibilty for interrupting their “gathering” with my inquiry call. however that wasn’t the end as I or she had immediately disconnected the call without a closure or anything. Along with being told they don’t have to adhere by the FRCA, as to denial for an account (minimize the refund processing )when I had called and requested a reason or information I was simply told that they didn’t know why It was the security dept that makes the decision and that they don’t have to inform or tell consumers why apparently they are denied They claim they don’t use credit reports yet under the user agreement it says that they do So be mindfulShow lessa CONSTANT headache.
I did not choose to use Bankmobile Vibe when I started school, but I had to. At first, I had no issues with them at all, but as soon as they updated the app, I have had constant problems & there is no easy way to have them fixed. There is no chat support, or any way to look up error codes when they show up (nor does google have ANY information about them, at all), and just getting through to a representative can take up to an hour. For two months now, I’ve had issues trying to get a new card. None of the services offered in-app work properly, I can’t EVER get a money transfer to go through and that’s my only way to access my funds currently because my temporary virtual card won’t work either. I can’t add money to my cashapp, the transaction is declined EVERY TIME, I now can’t transfer any funds to other accounts through Vibe itself, and I have no way to access MY OWN money. I cant make any purchases, they are immediately declined no matter who the merchant is. It’s been nothing but constant frustration & trouble. They fix it for one day & it’s immediately back to absolute nonsense. Absolutely not worth anything. If you google “Bankmobile Vibe issues”, there are entire reddit threads dedicated to the bad experiences people have had. I recommend finding any other bank.Show lessIt’s wonky
After the ordeal that I got double charged taking me to negative balance and days the app didn’t notify why my balance was reduced. On the day of the return of the new update. I had $8. Since checked. Hours later, I noticed I was missing $15. But it didn’t told me who done it. Until a day later it was the same website I purchased credit and receiving a refund for a bid. Today was the last day for it to be normalized. Sadly I investigated my purchases and this app combined my recent purchase with my pay by four purchase. My blind side thought it was already applied. How I forget yesterday! I’m clear for now but you trick me! You done it again.Show less
