Absolutely horrible
I signed in and saw that my already submitted loan application is for 123 Fake St. and that’s obviously wrong. I had to pick an advisor when I signed in, and it was either someone I haven’t been introduced to or “Home Loan Advisor”. Neither has my completed application available to see, or a correct address.
On the home page, I have a “submitted application” that a loan officer is reviewing. But my loan application also “needs completing”. It’s acting like I didn’t already spend 45 min completing the application online.
My next step is initial disclosures but I can’t access them because the button does nothing.
I tried submitting feedback from the support link. But I can’t send the email - the send button is greyed out.
I’m giving up and using a different loan provider for what a useless time sink this has been. STAY AWAY.
