Absolutely horrible
I signed in and saw that my already submitted loan application is for 123 Fake St. and that’s obviously wrong. I had to pick an advisor when I signed in, and it was either someone I haven’t been introduced to or “Home Loan Advisor”. Neither has my completed application available to see, or a correct address.
On the home page, I have a “submitted application” that a loan officer is reviewing. But my loan application also “needs completing”. It’s acting like I didn’t already spend 45 min completing the application online.
My next step is initial disclosures but I can’t access them because the button does nothing.
I tried submitting feedback from the support link. But I can’t send the email - the send button is greyed out.
I’m giving up and using a different loan provider for what a useless time sink this has been. STAY AWAY.

Thank you for your feedback BwayFan67, your experience is very important to us. We currently offer home loan access, to members who already have a home loan, through our online and mobile banking app. Please take a look there and let us know if we can assist with anything else.
