They aren’t lying
The other reviews aren’t lying or being dramatic, the app is actually broken and the website is useless. That alone should be enough not to use this insurance company but I do have a couple other small problems. One is the insurance raises for no reason. The other reason is that they won’t wait to take their payment, even if you have automatic payments on, if your checking account falls close to or below the cost of the monthly payment, they will take the payment early insuring that they get their money. They don’t care if it makes your account overdraft. Everyone knows insurance companies can be kinda scammy but these people do it shamelessly.
