Terrible

Roadside assistance is terrible experience waiting for over 4 hours. While the tracker said that the driver was parked at a park downtown. Then second i didnt even receive tracking number and Ofcourse the guy took over 2 hours and it was 3 at night but somehow took over 2 hours. Some of the work roadside assistance service out there! I Dont tecommend it. They dont even let you leave a review thats how terrible they are.

Digit ID card function doesn’t work.

Just some feedback for the developers, the digital ID card buttons do not work anywhere on the app. They don’t do anything when you click them but other buttons work fine. It’s very strange.

App needs work

Company is great, but the app is seriously lacking. Random force closes when signing into app and account updates not being current are two of the biggest issues. Again, I enjoy being with this company - the app still needs to be done properly

Not A Good Company

They have raised my liability only insurance by $366 over the year and their only explanation is inflation. Mind you its only been one year no incidents no tickets. I tried to call them and have been on hold over 30 minutes. Their app wont let you log in and when i try to quick pay online all my option to pay monthly which was available before has disappeared and my only option is to pay the full six months up front and not monthly payments. Please stay away from this company and find a better option. I will be finding a new insurance provider. Please save yourself the frustration and don't even bother with this company. I wish i could give them negative stars.

Terrible app and slow services

This app is terrible compared to farmers insurance. You cant even find roadside assistance on the app.I asked customer service a question and hung up on me and there is no option to survey review my person. On top of that just to get help took 20 minutes!!! Nce we got help it then said to wait 1 hour

Back button is non-functional

Good insurance company but the app can use severe improvements. The back arrow doesn't work...once you are on a screen, you can't back out to a previous screen. The only way to get past that is to close out the app and go back in...hopefully the developers can fix this issue because it is quite frustrating and time-consuming. Navigating through the app can take some patience. Also, received error messages several times when logging in, but with perseverance, I managed to get onto it. Unfortunately, once I was in the app, the back button not functioning properly caused more frustrations because I had to close the app then log back in. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

Kick rocks barefoot

Customer support is about as lost as a ball in high grass. Called the number provided on the app to get help with logging in, just to get tossed around between three different “customer service” numbers. Not a single person on there seemed like they knew their left from their right. All in all I never received help.

Stay away from this company

This app is terrible it wont allow me to sign in even after i changed my password. Its a terrible lagging app always has issues. Its like they dont care about their customers ability to access insurance information. The developers need to address the issues asap. Also beware they will increase your insurance by a couple hundred every six months with no explanation except for inflation. I have always paid my six months in full a month ahead of time. No driving infractions and still they have jacked up my rates claiming inflation. I cant wait to use another company when my current insurance plan expires. Stay far away from them completely and find an alternative option. I wish i could give them negative stars.

Update the app

Never works

For some reason every month I have trouble just to sign in to make a payment. Once I’m in to make a payment, app works fine- nothing fancy. But I keep finding myself resetting my password every month just to try to get logged in, which doesn’t even end up working and I get locked out! I always end up having to go online and do “quick pay”, which I don’t like to use because I’m manually inputting information that is ready to go IN the app. Very frustrating.
