Do Not Recommend This Company!

If You are downloading this app is probably because you already bought a policy with this company. I highly do not recommend them at all because in my experience I had full coverage in my car and they do not want to fix it and now they’re telling me it’s a total loss. It has been very hard trying to get in contact with an adjuster or anyone by all means. My car has literally been in the shop for over a month. Their service is just very sorry and overall do not recommend this company at all. If you get this company and end up, needing to file a claim, you might as well to get an attorney too.

Worthless

3rd party undereducated and over paid … they lie to you to get your money !!! Connected to Fayetteville North Carolina insurance unreliable especially and the app looks like it was made by a 10 year old with everything being limited and the only indication of help or navigation is through and customer service number …app is worthless!!

Very Useful

I’ve been using this app for 6 months now and really enjoy how easy it is to make my payments without it being a hassle, 10/10 I do recommend!

Terrible app

Every time I try and log into the app it says it doesnt recognize me. Then I get locked out then I go to the home page and try and live chat. Nope that isnt possible. Then I call the main number and they either transfer me to my agent (who cant help with technical and website issues) or I get transferred to different departments then back to my agent. Ive been on the phone for 1 hour today…and voila! They transferred me to my agent AGAIN!!! Hes fed up Im fed up and he’s making a call now! How can a large company be so horrible at technology and customer service???!!!

Stuck at “logging in” screen

This app is a nightmare. It takes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t load at all - that’s problematic if you need to access information quickly (accident, law enforcement, breakdown, etc). It also uses a unique login ID vs the policy # on the site. That’s effectively 2 different login IDs for the same account and Apple won’t track both without some manipulation. If the app is down and you don’t remember your policy number to log into the website you’re out of luck. Today, i’m out of luck. I have to call the 800# and scavenge for a pen and paper to write it down. Absolute garbage in 2024.

Worst technical support around…

The app is barely functional and will load after you’ve aged a day or two.. the online chat with a rep has never worked for me.. and calling for help on the policy is a complete waste of time. This company is a absolutely worthless for customer support. I will never use them again…

Can’t log in

Uploads to login screen, but just says logging in the whole time. If I needed to show my proof of insurance there’s going to be an issue. Seems to be a problem among the reviews with the same thing happening

App use to work but no longer

I upgraded my phone and the app seems to not work I’ve deleted it multiple times, created a new account, changed passwords. Nothing seems to work. I try and log in and it just stays in the loading page.

Why have an app when it does close to nothing?

If this is an Allstate company, why don’t they simply take the Allstate app and retro fit it?
This app doesn’t allow customers to engage the company in any meaningful way.
For a service company, this front door is a poor representation of what to expect…or is it an accurate one?

App won’t load

The app will not work for me at all. It has me sign in, and then it’s just says “logging in” forever and ever. The app was functioning just fine up until about 2 months ago, which is when the problem started.
