Not working

It say our policy is not supported by the app but we can get on the site from our home computer. It actually worked a month ago but nothing now.

App doesn’t work

If your going to provide an application for easy access, perhaps verify that the app actually lets the user login. The app is utter garbage and half the time it doesn’t even work. Fix your app or simply don’t have one.

No frills app, but works

Basic features in mobile app, but … it works! Was able to login without issue. Unlike another review said, I want prompted for my policy number (had already registered on website) and just needed to enter my username and pass. Had my policy info and payment info/history. Probably a fair amt of more features but had what I wanted & need

Can’t even use app

Every since time I try to log in on the app I can’t. It starts up okay then as soon as I go to log in it instantly crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still isn’t working.

App and Web page are Crap

I was a huge Allstate Fan. I use a broker and was recommended to use this sister company of Allstate. My main problem though is this app and the website. I save logins and passwords for everything. I tried logging in on the app and website and I get one of the two errors. The main one is to make sure I’m entering the correct policy number. Well unless on the paperwork and cards I was given that have policy number is wrong, there’s an issues on their part. It recognizes my user ID but not password. Ok so let’s reset. I reset and I get an error that Username or Password is incorrect. This happens on both the app and website. Maybe it could be User error or maybe this tech nerd is finding a flaw in your login. I’ll make a call tomorrow. Hopefully I don’t run into bad customer service like the reviewer before did to fix this.

Awful customer service

Each time I call to make a general question they are rude it feels like they don't even want to do their job. I call today and I was in the middle of the question when they just hang up on me.
Not recommend bad service
