Works for payments but could be better
Finally they have an app, hated to go to the website enter policy number then log in, it was a hassle. This app is great as i can use dace id to sign in and save so much time and make life easier. App is okay works for what i need it such as paying my bill and seeing my id cards easily and quickly. Please accept apple pay as payment soon, it would help to be able to use any card and not having to enter card number if using different cards.Show lessefrain_SRT

I’ve paid my insurance through the app this month and I want to be able to pay for it next month. My login credentials policy number are not working this is really odd since the app was working fine earlier this month. Please fix this.Faint55

I read the reviews before downloading the app and they are all spot on. The app crashed as soon as I logged on for the first time. It routes you to the actual website if you need to edit your information. No roadside assistance features. The app serves no purpose versus the website.BClink88

But the app has been crashing on my end I’ve been deleting it and reinstalling it, trying to clear cache. It just won’t stay open especially when I’m logging onto my app. Please try and fix this! 😮💨pickledcanine

I have only used this app maybe twice. Now I cannot access it at all. States logging in, changes to checking account and crashes. It is useless, please fix. Horrible customer service.7thwardNOLA

After last up date app crashes every time I attempt to login. I have uninstall and reinstall several times and turn my device off and back on with same result, it still crashes. Please fix the problem as it was ok till you decided to update it.complaint 4

The app is functional, but it adds zero value over the website. You can't make a payment in the app. There's no capability to file a claim in the app, it just gives you a phone number to call. There's no capability to request roadside assistance in the app, again, just a phone number. And most egregious of all, 11 years after Apple Wallet was released, this app has no capability to save ID cards to Wallet. What's even the point of this app?Show lessAviN456
