  • Can’t even open the app

    Ever since the beginning of September when I have attempted to use the app to pay my bill, the app crashes. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The months just about over what’s going on? The service and rate of the company are fine. Whenever I’ve had to reach out over the phone the customer service is great. But this is incredibly annoying.

    So I downloaded the app and was only able to use it once to look at my id cards and now it just keeps telling me to update but doesn’t give me the option to update so it’s become useless

  • A lot of improvements needed. A lot.

    Habitual app crashing, the browser site isn’t any better. My overall UI experience wasn’t pleasant to say the least.

    My renewal is coming up soon and just like always the app is always down. Once I open it it crashes

    This app ridiculous I been trying to use it all day I just paid for this couple days ago and it’s been giving me issues. Now it’s saying to update but there’s no update it’s fully up to date.

  • Horrible app experience

    Terrible never got auto pay to work, now won’t even open correctly.

  • App doesn’t work

    Downloaded the app so I no longer had go to safari every time and it doesn’t work. It crashes everytime I try to log in. Not impressed considering this was the first time I downloaded it.

  • Can’t open app

    Ever since the update a week ago, I cannot login or open the app I just tried to delete the app and reinstall it and log back in and it still having me login and then closing the app completely. I think there’s a technical issue from the last update I can’t see my account I can’t see how much I owe. I can’t see when I have to pay.
