BEWARE! Not the genuine HP Smart app

This apps misleads people by showing as an add in the App Store. It tries to charge £60 / year just to print, which will always be a free feature of any printer. Do not confuse this the HP Smart app which charges a subscription for automatic ink delivery.

USELESS

I have an HP 8720 printer which does not have Bluetooth but when setting up the App for scanning to my Ipad the App insists I have to use Bluetooth as well as connect through the Network. But the app tries to set up bluetooth anyway and the wheel of hell just keeps spinning. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO USE BLUETOOTH AND YOUR PRINTER HAS IT.

photo printer App

I tried to turn this app off but my phone had been frozen due to it being hacked, I had to go Ger a new card, but this app had already gone through once I put my new card in. I really do not want this Air Photo Printer App. I've never used it as Dar as I know, as I have no idea how to use it. Please take thus App off of my phone, as the whole thing was one big mistake, I've already been stuck with it for 1 year, I don't want to be stuck with it for another year also.

Doesn’t do all HP printers

This ISNT compatible with all HP printers - unfortunately I had to pay to subscribe before I could find this out.
I Contacted the app support department
- still no response. Very disappointing

You can be charged for the free trial only if you started it in the past. The free trial cannot be activated for the second time if you have already activated the same account. New printer

Well looks like I’m taking this back to the shop as it will not connect to Wi-Fi. Also why do I need to pay more money when I have brought ink and don’t want any more.

This idea of offering an instant ink by subscription sounds brilliant, but in reality it is absolutely rubbish. I have had two deliveries of ink, been charged numerous times and after months of having this printer it has printed three pages. Not a good buy!!! Terrible customer communication, my advice is don’t touch it with a ten foot barge pole .

App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions (please check Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039). This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel your subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email.

Where is the printer I’ve ever tried to hook up to my iPhone with data only. There is no proper steps to show you why it won’t work even though it’s hooked up in your Wi-Fi.

Really bad app

When i use to print with hp the app was really easy but now there ads everywhere and you cant find anything

Also, please make sure that your Printer is supported, you can find the whole Apple list here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311. There are all printers that support AirPrint technology. If you did not find your printer there so please try to dig deeper into your printer's manufacturer manual.
