Truly awful, non-functional app
Secondly, the numbers on the dial pad don’t register when you have to select options on an IVR, so you are constantly either hanging up and trying again, or waiting until the IVR puts you through to someone.
Thirdly, it won’t connect calls to your Bluetooth headset. It just allows calls through your phone on loud speaker or a normal ‘hold your phone to your ear’ call.
Sort it out, this isn’t an efficient business phone app.

App not fit for purpose
Calls take so long to connect after answering that people frequently hang up thinking nobody is there.
App also longs you out frequently so you miss calls all the time unless you go into the app daily to keep it logged in.
App can’t send audio to anything except the default phone speaker, doesn’t work with AirPods, external Bluetooth devices like car handsfree or even the built in iPhone loud speaker.
Worse than the old app in every way.
