If I could give it zero I would

This is without a doubt the most unfit for service app I have ever had the displeasure of using. For the last 2 years at work we have had constant issues. We have to reinstall the app sometimes in a daily basis to actually get the phone to ring. Many instances of answering but the call not connecting before it then moves into the next team member. On days off when logged out of the app it will still ring when you are not signed in. But when you are signed in who knows if it will ring. Often pick up the phone to see 5+ missed called despite the phone not ringing once.
It’s terrible. Please avoid at all costs.

Perfect solution

Not sure why all the negativity, works fine and is the perfect solution for me working from home or on the go.

Stuck with old app due to lack of call pull

I stuck with the old app a year ago as the new one didn’t support pulling a call I have answered on the desk phone, this is important to me as I need to move around the business sometimes after answering the call at my desk.
Does the new app support call pulling yet or should I stick with the old app.

Show stopping bug means I can’t hear people

Had to reinstall the old app, after trying this one multiple times, reinstalling, rebooting my phone, trying various different troubleshooting steps, I have a reoccurring bug which means I cannot hear the audio from incoming calls. The old app works fine. Still have this problem even after updating. This app is literally useless.

Don’t rely on this if you’re running a business

Awful UI doesn’t connect to any external Bluetooth headset including AirPods, and if it does, it will disconnect during a call. Whoever designed this needs to go back to school and figure out what they wanna do with their life because it definitely isn’t programming.

Caller ID error with hunt group selected

Had this issue for months now. Never been resolved. When I have the hunt group option selected on, calls diverted to my iPhone don't show a caller number. All I get is series of mixed up letters/numbers on the iPhone screen. Causing massive disruption at work. Can you recommend another telecoms provider?

Update

After the last update the app is not working when someone is calling me. I can see I call coming in on my Desktop computer but the phone is not ringing. I’ve tried all settings and also restarted, quitting the app and so on but still doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Poor just poor

Had the previous app which was hard to use at times but worked. Newest updates are just poor. For a technology based company the interface is poor, not easy to access contacts via a quick navigation button. The worst aspect is that calls now seem drop off after 3seconds making the app complexity useless, unless fending off cold callers. Please fix this as love the idea behind the app but it just doesn’t work currently.

Useless.

Luckily my business has decided to choose another service as Horizon is simply awful in both this, and the older iteration. Shameful that they even accept their customers money.

Lacking in features, entirely unreliable and appears to have been designed for the 1-3 years old market.

We have been a customer with this firm for a longtime. Our billS have gone up while the service has gone down. The newish app is unusable most of the time. When we put this to them they were useless and didn’t care. Overpriced and is not fit for purpose. Going elsewhere. AVIOD LIVE THE PLAGUE
