You can now set an expiration for any carry forward a user may have brought into a year e.g. it must be used in the first 3 months of the user's leave year.
Any unused carry forward is shown on a user's calendar summary for the year.

New features:
You can now flip the wallchart into landscape and get a nice view of more than one week for your users. How many weeks you get depends on how wide your phone is :)
