Important features missing
The app is good. And the newer updates work great. However, the customer service is 0/10 and no one seems to be available like ever, even when you think you’ve got a hold of someone you’re put on hold for ever!!!!!! I know this is not a direct technical issue but wouldn’t be a big of an issue if I could avoid the hustle of trying to get a hold of someone, if they had added a couple more important features such as the ability to cancel or edit the order before it has been confirmed or even after confirming depending on how soon you got to do that. Also I should be able to save my payment method/details instead of having to type in everything again and again everytime. Seriously I would have given this 4 stars if it wasn’t for the 0/10 customer service that comes along with it. Bad experience do not recommend.namesnamesdumb
