  • very good game!

i really like this app, it’s calming but entertaining and it has nice creatures and a cozy ambiance i removed a star because i had trouble figuring out how to play in the beginning, but i’m also very bad at understanding things lol
  • Amazing game!

Really enjoyable to play! Growing plants is so calming and the decorations are adorable!
  • Keeps me going

I love getting and sending encouragements to people in the game 🥰
  • So cute and cozy!

I love love love this game so much. It’s simple yet so relaxing and is a great way for me to take a moment to myself twice each day. I especially love Samy the dog because he checks in on me regularly and sends me cute letters too. And he reminds me of my real life dog with the same name, Sam. I also love the post office because i get to send and receive comforting letters from real life people. I love decorating all the rooms too.
Would love for them to add more rooms in the future. There’s no ads and real life purchases are never pushed on users so i can tell the creators genuinely care abt the users and the game isn’t just a cash grab like a lot of other mental health apps. Anyways, sorry this review was so long. Whether ur struggling with mental health or not, i 100% recommend downloading.
P.s. would love if they brought back the pathwords event :)

  • So cute and relaxing!

I love this little cozy game. It’s a little check-in for myself twice a day. I love all the characters and detailed thought that has gone into it and I love how it continues to grow and they listen to feedback!
  • Kinder world

I think this game is the best game I’ve ever come across. It is calming and fun and I love all the new colours and the new designs and the letters from different people all over the world. It is one of the best apps I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m so grateful for it.
  • Awesome self-care app

I was introduced to this app by a friend, and I’m so glad that I was. It’s been really fun to grow plants while being gently reminded to take care of myself. I love that I can receive little notes with self care reminders from another user just like me, which makes me feel connected to others while keeping it random and anonymous for both users. When I told others about this app their concern seemed to be if it’s random strangers how do you know the messages will be appropriate or help, and the answer is u don’t know but what I do know is that I’ve only ever received kind, helpful, uplifting overall lovely letters in virtual mailbox in this app.

  • Saved me!

I don’t think I’ve written an other reviews for apps before but this app deserves its time to shine. I was looking through the endless lists of self care apps but so many of them had ads and just didn’t suit what I was looking for. I find it easier to use self care apps and get the most benefit when it’s a mix of game like futures and self care. Some apps were just purely putting your symptoms in and gave you some breathing exercises and that was it. But when I found Kinder world I fell in love. I’m one of those people that starts something and then won’t follow through when it comes to apps and self care apps but I have used kinder world almost everyday and during super difficult times like being hospitalized and going through life’s difficulties. This app is so calming and peaceful and there is an activity for everyone! You can journal, do mood plants, decorate rooms, breathing exercises, and you even have the option of interacting with other players! This app also never makes you feel guilty. Wether you miss a day, or two months you can come back and your progress won’t be set back and you can start right back up! This app gets all of my love and will be installs until the end of time and I can promise that! They are always working on new updates and listen to what the community wants and needs!

  • A slow and calm paced game

It’s a cute game that have you to take care of plants by watering them without worrying that they’ll die out. It’s set up in a way that even if you don’t feel like or forget to play even for a day, they won’t wilt, so no pressure! It’s a game that also makes me feel a little less alone about my struggles with my mental health and other things in life. The rooms and things you get from achieving goals for your plants gets you decor for the rooms of your house, plus you can get different designed pots for the plants you grow that could be exchanged for either a small fee or for dog biscuits, an in-game currency you receive whenever you water your plants or if you buy some. As for room for improvement, perhaps we could have more characters to interact with and maybe more of a story so it’s more immersive. I’m aware that tufts going to be another area that will be added soon, but hopefully we’ll see more overtime! I’d also like to see more ways of helping with mental health, like other methods aside from the ones that we already have. It doesn’t have to be just when we water the plants either. It could be in a different area outside the house too. Overall, keep up the good work and I look forward to more in the future ☺️

  • Very simple, soft, and encouraging.

I love that I only have to check in once or twice a day (if I want to, there’s no penalty if I don’t) with to see if my plant needs watered. The emotion naming jars are nice in that it turns what you’re feeling in that moment into colored sand. It’s helpful to see my feelings being represented as various shades of color piling up in a jar with a succulent on top that changes color when the jar is full. It’s like a reminder that however negative or positive my feelings, it’s beautiful to see them as they are.

I also like the animal characters you can talk to who will sometimes send you letters about their stories.

My only true gripe is how expensive the items are in the shop. I understand it’s a small studio behind the game and that they need to make money. It’s just still a bummer to have to spend $5 for a new pot. I wish we had the option of saving up the in game currency to buy stuff.
