This app, like the actual product (TruBolt) is soo bad! I have registered and signed up on the app and the system continually says wrong email/password even though I screenshot my info. No confirmation email either.
As for TruBolt, this is a bunch of junk and huge waste of money. There is NO customer service number or email or social media presence so you can reach them.
I didn’t even want to give this app 1 star but had to otherwise I couldn’t leave a review.

Temporary passcode doesn't even work
Title says it all. I tried using the temporary passcode feature and it wouldn't work. Just kept telling me it was an incorrect passcode. The Wi-Fi feature of this deadbolt is pointless because none of it works properly.esanetznik
Can’t put a date range for the codes
I didn’t think it was possible to have a mobile app that didn’t include a date range and time that you could provide access. The only option is the permanent code, or 4,8,24 hours. You also can’t put the code you want. Worst is there is no customer service to contact to troubleshoot anything.Ned Shuck
