In addition, the Colors test customizes your colored light sessions each time so that they are always tailored to you. You will have new and exclusive sessions each time you take the test! Use them anytime, anywhere.
I track my sleep with Fitbit, so I have an objective view. I practise good sleep hygiene and am generally well rewarded with good sleep BUT I have to cope with numerous stressors so will find my sleep impacted from time to time. I found this app in the app store. Colour therapy interests me, and I have used sound therapy over the years. I downloaded and tried the app last night. The colours are beautiful. The seashore sounds so peaceful! I had the best night’s sleep (in terms of continuity, balance and quality) that I have ever observed on my Fitbit app (in 6 years!). I was astounded … and needless to say I have taken a 6 months subscription. My thanks to the Developer🙂
