I found this app thru the Gram. As a rising rapper/entertainer/entrepreneur who needs reminders to relax, this app is EVERYTHING. Mahalo from Hawaii for creating this. This app is soooo good.
Useful app
Lots of insightful information (and science backed) regarding mental health. I tried some of the exercises provided and it did help me feel more calm and in control. Reading through the app also gave me a sense of feeling connected to something, I can’t explain why but I didn’t feel so alone. I really like it and can’t wait to see what else / other features will be added in the future...I suggest anyone struggling / feeling overwhelmed to give it a shot / read through the tips and info and work towards figuring out what works for them. Life is too short to feel bad all of the time.
