Poor customer care
I’ve been using this app for a while a another savings pot and the experience was great. I then needed to release some funds and this where the trouble begun they added the incorrect amount to my cash account and now I can’t retrieve my money. I have been trying for two weeks to contact someone but no response. Approach with caution… As I feel I’ve lost my money.

I have brought Vaulted Silver on this a few times , everything works great & never any issues with transactions.
Handling fee makes this app not worth it
Having calculated the amount of money I put towards buying Gold via Minted and what I received I noted I made a loss and the loss was made due to their absurd handling fee I do want to say it is a great app but in short due their handling policy it's a one star

I wanted to buy some gold for first time investment but did not read the small prints and brought 10g which cost me £508 then I saw the gold was only worth £478 on my account so there’s a handling fee but even if I try to sell I will only get £478 so instead of profit I made a loss thanks minted

Great way to save and invest
App is easy to use however I had notice something that could be amended. That is when a new gold account or pot is created, the pot cannot be removed once it’s been created. Giving the option to remove an empty pot would be great.
