Terrible service
I’ve sent in several messages about this app. It’s DEFINITELY not user friendly. Paying an 1800/month mortgage should not be this stressful. I’m currently with Bank of America and thought about switching but there’s no way I can manage my accounts like this . I just wanted to pay my mortgage each month on time and I’m scared every time I do because there is no way to automatically pull the funds from my savings to my mortgage without manually doing it each month and when I do there’s no confirmation email or text to let me know it posted the way it should. I wish I could do this automatically every month and not have to stress so bad about paying it. The money is available that’s not the problem, I just need an easier more efficient way of making my paymentsstaycee35

I really like the app and how it has dark mode. The only thing I wish it had was to give each account a nicknames. Other than that it’s perfect, absolutely love bill pay!!dizzystac

The app is not very user friendly. Need to be able to transfer from another bank to make pymts on Credit card.credit card options
