Other companies may have their own mobile offerings, so we recommend contacting your agent. MOBILE agent offers 24/7 access to account information and on-the-go convenience. Review your policies; report a claim; contact a local agent or request emergency roadside assistance, all with a few taps on your screen. Designed for those on the move, you’ll never leave home alone with your Mobile agent. AVAILABLE FEATURES VARY BY STATE. Key features include: My Policies, My Agent, Membership, ID Card, Nearest Office, Pay Bill, Report Claim, and Send Help. Get Started! Your Farm Bureau membership number serves as your login ID. That, and the password from your Farm Bureau Insurance online account is all you need to access MOBILE agent. Don’t have an online account?   • Only Got One Star Because I Couldn’t Get Lower

    The app and insurance are crazy. The app and website are constantly down and my policy went up $200 a month, not 6 months, a month at renewal time. I called to see why and was told it was a state wide rate increase. What a joke. And as I was looking over my coverage to see how to shave it some, there was a pet coverage added. I don’t ride pets around so I don’t need it. Asked to have it removed and was told it’s automatic and can’t be removed. Why am I being charged for something I will absolutely never use?? 😡😡😡

  • So annoying

    This app never works. Half the time it won’t let me log in and then once you do get logged in the app is just terribly made and honestly not helpful.

  • Worst App Ever

    Was prompted to create a new account for updated security. Proceeded to create account. Now I can’t login and when I do get a successful login attempt, I can’t look at my policies cause the app tells me my session has expired. Not user friendly at all. Might be the reason to switch another insurance company.
