Previous app was better
Previous app worked fine, don’t know why we changed to this app when it doesn’t work properly. All books listed on loan show as null so have to log into website to see names of titles on loan, not sure what the point of having this app is. In addition previous app had the “shelves” function which I used regularly and is missing from the new app .

What’s all the fuss about? Easy to install, use and navigate.
Needs to be fixed
As other people have mentioned, I can no longer tell which books are due back when because all my loans are described as ‘null’. Currently, the app is not fit for purpose. The old one worked better. Also, I’ve lost my bookshelf of books that I wanted to read in the transition from the old to the new app. All loss no gain. Why fix something that ain’t broke?

Vastly inferior to the original
I had initial issues accessing with my password not accepted. There is no facility to have a reset email
sent, do I had to call the library directly to resolve. Once able to access I note under my loans is a list of books entitled ‘null’. Checking today that glitch has not been fixed. I attempted to reserve a book only to find the option is to ‘download’, clicking on that takes you back to the search page. It appears the format is not appropriate for iPhones either, with the content jammed on each page. Extremely disappointed.

Yarra Plenty Library
Downloaded the app on two devices and doesn’t work. All borrowed items appear as ‘null’ and items on hold listed with a random number.
App not working
The images and information is not displaying on my IPhone.
Pretty great!
It does everything I want it do except let me pause a hold. If it does do this, I cannot work out how. Looks far nicer than the old app and is easier to use.
