I spent a lot of time researching monitors and was really happy when I settled on this monitor. But ever since we started using it the app has been causing so many headaches for my husband and I. The most frustrating issue is that about once a day the app unpairs from our phones and as a result at any random point in the day or night we can no longer access the monitor feed unless we are by the parent unit and can repair. It’s beyond frustrating. But what’s worse, we’ve reached out to VTech’s support at least 3 times trying different methods and haven’t gotten a single response. Terrible customer service. So disappointed I’m thinking about purchasing a brand new monitor from another company.
Also, if you try to leave product support in the app by filling out the form after selecting Help and Send Feedback you get a bounceback email that the email address for product support doesn’t exist!

Hello, if you have more than one phone to access the camera through the app, could you please use the same account to login from the phones. Our camera only supports access from one app account.
