Not working
This is the 3rd monitor i have had to buy from leapfrog/VTech and still doesnt do what it says it does. Motion detection not working properly, motion detection recordings do not play back ( says “file not found”) and now overall is just delayed despite the updates and many resets of both camera, parent unit and the app. After emailing i was advised to purchase a new monitor AGAIN but they could not help me any further. After already buying 3 monitors from here i will not be purchasing againShow lessTjade24x

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code. The whole point of a monitor app is to be able to monitor your child. Unlike other baby monitor apps I have used, this one does not stop the screen from locking. This disconnects the camera so you can’t hear or see until you unlock your phone againplockhart123

Spend £££ on these baby monitors then get let down massively by a poor app. Slow to connect to the camera and have to restart the app multiple times before finally getting a connection. The same thing when trying to playback recordings, need to restart the app multiple times before it finally loads. No option to save/download recordings is poor.Show lessTB1992UK
