When I first got this monitor, it worked great for the first year and a half. Now almost a year after that first 1.5, it is constantly shutting down and always saying offline. Support is useless. I’m over it and going to get a cheap VTECH. They work way better and don’t ever have to worry about it being “down”Show lessKalieHussey

Return the camera now if you can!!! this cam never seems to want to work. Make sure to purchase the cam with its own monitor if you do go with Hubble as half the time the app doesn’t work and tech isn’t much help on it…. Doesn’t help parents at all! And they keep asking me to upgrade to a paid service — hell no since the free app never works it seemsShow lessWordtotheBird:0
