  • Loved at first, now I hate it.

    When I first got this monitor, it worked great for the first year and a half. Now almost a year after that first 1.5, it is constantly shutting down and always saying offline. Support is useless. I’m over it and going to get a cheap VTECH. They work way better and don’t ever have to worry about it being “down”

  • Worst baby cam I’ve had

    Return the camera now if you can!!! this cam never seems to want to work. Make sure to purchase the cam with its own monitor if you do go with Hubble as half the time the app doesn’t work and tech isn’t much help on it…. Doesn’t help parents at all! And they keep asking me to upgrade to a paid service — hell no since the free app never works it seems

  • Do not buy

    This camera absolutely sucks. The connection between the wifi and the camera is horrible. You have to get a premium account to have more than one person access the camera. Do not buy!

  • SPAMMED WITH ADS

    I have the featured turned off to get adds and offers from this app as I don’t want it. They keep sending me push notifications adds RELENTLESSLY.

    This needs to stop.

  • Très difficile à utiliser, pas très user friendly.

  • Connection issues

    The app does connect to the camera device and it will stream video, however, the connection constantly drops (there shouldn’t be WiFi issues here, I’m on 900mbps broadband). It streams perfectly to the parent monitor, just not to this app.

    It also only gives snapshot pictures when motion is detected. No 30 second videos like it used to give when I first bought the device.

  • Works Well When It Works

    Pretty decent picture quality for little cameras. I like that it has the ability to zoom in and out, as well as to somewhat pan the area. Had some connectivity issues and had to return/exchange the set a few times but it has been working pretty consistently since.

  • Difficulties, glitches, errors on the app

    Difficult to connect the camera to the app. Receiving multiple offline messages even when the cameras online. It will not let me reconnect because it says there’s already device yet, the app says that there’s not a device connected. Very annoying when moving the camera because when oh unplug it you have to do everything all over again.

    Update: after 11 months it stops connecting entirely.

  • Great camera!

    I bought this as a second “nanny cam” because the first one I bought lagged quite a bit, froze at important times, directions weren’t easy to change, it was hard to see different views without freezing or going too far then freezing. It was totally unreliable. This one does also lag a little but it doesn’t do any of the bad stuff the other one does. I can speak on this with no freezing issues. I can see more clearly and much further with this. It detects motion and captures all the right things. It even has a notification setting if my kid leaves the bed, I am notified! I can play music on this to sooth my child. There’s a neat night light with colors and intensity. Best money I’ve spent on a camera!!! I would prefer this outside or through a window more than a doorbell cam!! 4 stars because it’s only the second I’ve tried but 5 stars of the 2.
