  • Utterly Disappointing Experience with Hubble Connected Nursery Pal Glow+ Twin

    I wish I could give a rating of 0/5 Stars From the moment I unboxed the Hubble Connected Nursery Pal Glow Plus Twin, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Setting up the two monitors was an absolute nightmare. Despite following the instructions to the letter, connecting them proved to be a herculean task due to the unintuitive process. Once installed, the mounting options felt inadequate, compromising the unit's stability and making it difficult to get a good viewing angle. However, the real problems began with the app itself, which is riddled with bugs and user interface issues. The app’s lag is unbearable; despite having a full signal, the video feed consistently falls behind, missing crucial moments. I upgraded to the premium plan, hoping to unlock useful features and improve my experience, but this only led to more disappointment. Features such as recording custom sounds are advertised, yet they malfunction consistently. Every time I attempt to use sounds from the premium library, they disappear as soon as I close and reopen the app, requiring a tedious redownload. In summary, the Hubble Connected Nursery Pal Glow Plus Twin has failed to meet even the basic expectations for a baby monitoring system. It has been an exercise in frustration, and I regret choosing this product. I cannot recommend it to any parent looking for reliability and ease of use in a baby monitor.

  • Amazing

    An absolutely brilliant app can track all sorts like nappy change, what was in nappy, consistency and colour. can also track feeding and pumping times which is handy for me and what takes the cake is i can track how long my daughter sleeps! all there and super easy to use! also don’t have to be on the app (have it running in the background) for it to track time and once i set my hubble monitor app it will easily be the best tracking/monitoring app i’ve found so far!

  • Hubble connected

    Started out great but then booted one of the phones off despite it allowing 2 devices, so paid to put back on again.
    Worked well again for 6 months now doesn’t show recording of movement or notifications of our baby moving.
    Customer service doesn’t respond either.
    If you only want to keep it just monitoring live stream it’s good but won’t keep 2 devices as it states so you have to pay and won’t notify you of movement, two of the selling features we got it for.

    Hello! You can access the app from 2 devices without paid subscription, you just need to use one and same Hubble account. If you do not get motion notifications and recordings, please check the settings. Make sure that motion detection is activated and video recording is set to cloud. Check if 'do not disturb' is activated. If you enabled 'do not disturb' you will not get any notifications. The support can be reached at supportus@hubbleconnected.com.   • Hubble Monitor & Gaurdian+

    At first I only got the camera plus the handheld parent monitor about 8 months ago. When it comes to just those two things, i’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars. My only complaint on this is that the camera feed initially lags when first opening up the app or handheld monitor and takes a while to fully load but once it does, it works great!

    Now my real issue for only giving this review 2 stars is the Gaurdian+. I cannot express enough how much an inconvenience it has been since purchasing it nearly 2 months ago. I have still yet to use it because everytime I have tried to connect it, it says the device already needs a firmware update and that you can update it in the device settings on the app but how can I do that when it won’t pair to the app in the first place BECAUSE it needs an update but the only way to update it, is through the app once it’s connected… make it make sense. On top of that, CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS BEEN NO HELP. I have tried emailing them countless times with no response over a span of 2 months. Do you know how upset I have to be to write this long of a bad review? For the Gaurdian+ being $150, y'all need to do better. I was so excited to use it as a first time mom & was left with nothing but dissatisfaction and disappointment.

    Hello htxkr! We are sorry to hear you have difficulties setting up the Guardian device and would be happy to check this and help. Did you try to reset the device? You can do that by pressing and holding the ‘PAIR’ button for 15 seconds in total. Once you press the ‘PAIR’ button you should hear a beep and a ‘Ready for Pairing’ message (after 2-5 seconds approximately. Keep on pressing the ‘PAIR’ button until you hear the second beep (which should happen on 12-14 seconds approximately). Only after a second beep release the ‘PAIR’ button and continue setup in the HubbleClub app. NOTE: Please keep the wearable off until the full setup of the base unit is completed.You can also check troubleshooting steps following this link https://support.hubbleconnected.com/health/hubble-guardian/ I am afraid, we cannot find your email by htxkr.   • This monitor is pretty great!

    I love this Baby monitor and app! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it lags often, the picture is blurry sometimes, and you have to subscribe though the monthly subscriptions aren't expensive. If that could be fixed then it would be perfect! When the picture is focused it is extremely clear and that is extremely important to me so I can see exactly what is going on up close! The camera can rotate in every angle including behind in the exact opposite direction. You can play lullabies, change the glowing color for a night light, change the intensity of the night light, track different things like feedings, it can help sleep train your baby, it has Zoom Infrared Night Vision, a microphone so you can listen and you can talk through the monitor, temperature detection, you can receive notifications and so much more!!

  • Waste of money and time

    First of all, the camera I had would not reconnect. It didn’t have an on/off switch either. I emailed the company in December and they assured me that the newer models don’t have the on/off switch. That would’ve been nice to know since the directions don’t mention that at all. Mind you, it takes about a week for anyone to email you back. Even with that knowledge, the camera would still not connect. Eventually January rolls around and they finally agree to send me a different camera. Fast forward to February, I finally received the camera. It worked and then it didn’t. It has connectivity issues all the time. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out the issue. My internet is on and working. I’ve made sure there isn’t any interference. Nothing has worked. I emailed the company, but I doubt I’ll get anything figured out this month. If I could give zero stars, I would. Setting up these monitors should not be more difficult than caring for your baby. I’ll never buy another product from this company again. And I hope nobody else does either. COMPLETE WASTE OF THE LIMITED MONEY AND TIME I HAVE!!!

  • Not so great

    The video and audio is pretty good itself but we got the 2 cameras, 1 monitor pack and after 6 months, 1 camera completely disconnected and on the app the one that’s still left frequently disconnects. I wouldn’t recommend Hubble Connect.
    When I reached out to the company they wanted a video of myself trying to reconnect the devices, with the exact steps that are required to reconnect, not helpful when I can’t even get the camera to give me the option to connect. Not to mention they wanted it of me trying to connect it back to the app as well but I can’t video the camera trying to connect to my phone if I have to use my phone to try to connect.
    I did all the steps but like I said, I couldn’t even get the camera to initiate step 1 of the reconnect process.
    I saw this in the reviews when I was buying it but I thought people were lying just to make the company look bad.. turns out, they weren’t lying.

    Could not hook up. Support never responded. Made the purchase of the camera completely pointless.

  • Unreliable connectivity to app renders it useless

    Camera and physical monitor work fine, but the app is a disaster. If you only need the camera and the physical monitor, this is a fine product. We’ve rarely had issues with it. The battery life on the monitor isn’t the best, but it generally works well and has good video quality. If you want a product where you can connect via your phone to check the baby (you’re out of the house, the monitor is dead or in another room, etc.), then this is not a good product for you. The camera connects to the app maybe 3/10 times I attempt to use it. It will connect just fine once, but I can go back 2 minutes later and suddenly it’s “offline” and the only say to potentially fix it is to go into the baby’s room and turn the camera off/on. Obviously that’s not an ideal solution if your baby is in there asleep, and it’s also not a feasible fix when it happens multiple times per day. Our house WiFi has no issues connecting to other devices, so I know it’s not a WiFi issue, and the camera is connected just fine to the physical monitor with zero connection issues. Overall, the lack of reliability with the app decreases the quality of the product to the point where I would not recommend it to others and I will not use it again if we have a second child.
