    The mop feature of this machine is amazing. Lifts heavy dirt traffic from my 4 dogs up easily. Only downside is I have to clean the pads and fur out of the spin brush on every use. Still beats vacuuming and mopping everyday. I make sure the pads are clean in the morning and start the mop everyday. Smells fresh and easy to maintain. I wish there were strips to stop the mop from going to certain areas behind the couch near cords. I just use a blocking strip from another device I have
  • Very buggy app!

    The app used to work just fine when I got my R5 back in July 2023. Then they did some major update and it has been SUPER buggy ever since. App used to show on the map exactly where the robot had already cleaned; now I’m lucky if I get to see that! I had zones marked for no vacuum and invisible walls in the app, one day they just disappeared and when I try to add them back the boxes don’t move, just the map moves which isn’t helpful at all! If the robot is running and I select the dock button in the app, the robot won’t dock; it just keeps cleaning.

  • Takes too much time docking

    After it cleans it seems to get a little lost and goes back over several areas without the vacuum on. It won’t dock until it gets close to its docking station. I wish that once it’s done, it would just go back to its station directly. also we have the mopping feature on our spin wave and we’ve already had to replace the mopping head because it quit pumping. I’m hoping this isn’t gonna be a constant problem. It does clean well which I’m happy about.
