Improvements Needed
This app would be great if you could stay connected to your appliance for good. If I don’t act quick enough to add more time the app says it is no longer remote enabled. Then you have to physically go to the machine and do it manually. I also don’t think it’s necessary to send me a notification that it is enabled or not enabled every time the washer/dryer is turned on or off. I have to have notifications on so I can be efficient at getting large amounts of laundry done in a day. Otherwise I would just shut off notifications. I’ll try to see if I can change that again. But seriously, why not just keep connected? What’s the point if you can’t turn your dryer on remotely if you forgot to do it before you came back upstairs?Show lessDeveloper Response

It’s just handyNot Happy
I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so frustrated with this app, I decided to write one. The washer and dryer work great. It’s the app I’m not liking at all. I just purchased these to replace my GE washer and dryer. I had gotten use to my previous app alerting me to when my laundry starts, time remaining and ending ( smartHQ app). This app only lets you know when the cycle is complete. Also , on this app you have to manually enable the remote feature on your machine each use. I never had to do on my previous app. I’m seriously considering going back to GE. Hopefully, I will adjust.Show less
