We are currently selling our home. We have found the app to be unreliable for showing requests. We currently have it set up to give us a one hour notice for showings that we can either approve, deny, or reschedule. Initially, it was working fine. We opted to receive the requests via text and email. However, now it’s suddenly not working consistently. For example, a realtor requested a showing, but we didn’t receive a text about it until over an HOUR after it was put into the system rather than sending a text instantly like it was previously. This caused us to almost miss the showing and/or we would have lost our one hour timeframe to prepare and leave the home. Imagine how terrible and embarrassing it would have been for a buyer to show up on our doorstep while we were still home having no idea about the showing request. Awful! It was working fine for the week prior, so we don’t know what happened. Our settings didn’t change, our internet/phone service was fine, and our realtor has no idea why that happened either. The other problem is that the showing feedback doesn’t work either. Our realtor has to forward the emails to us instead of the feedback showing on the app. Frustrations from both the realtor and client on this one and wish we didn’t have to use it.
