Needs A LOT of work to be GOOD

Using this app as a seller. Never even once received feedback from a showing. That should be required whether positive or negative. WE should be also be able to submit feedback on the AGENTS who showed the property, especially when they don't leave the property as they found it. We've had doors not locked, lights left on, blinds pulled wide open, and the worst issue that makes this unsafe and unprofessional is DIFFERENT agents or "people" doing the showing other than the agent who requested the showing. It's nice for scheduling appts but that's all; it's really more of an app for agents, less work and accountability.

As a seller App is terrible

As a seller I find this app annoying. You can basically approve or disapprove a showing or suggest a new time. However, it does not tell you who the showing is from. It shows your agent instead of the buyers agents name or agent one agent two agent three, so you have no idea if this is a new showing or repeat or any information at all which to me is useless. It should say Agent 1 - new showing. Agent 3 - second showing, etc. plus this app forces me to sign in every single time it’s updated or not, not sure but super frustrating. Does not work with Apple password mgmt system, very annoying.

Waste of time. Glitchy. Realtors do t know how to use anyway. Why bother.

Needs realtor feedback

The app appears to work well, it’s just the realtors that have issues. The app needs a place where the seller can “review” the buying realtor. An example is the buyers realtor is always late getting to the showing, Sellers would now know that the realtor is always late and can adjust there time “out” of the house accordingly. Also realtors should be forced to leave a review of the house they just walked thru.I have had my house on the market for a long while now and have had lots and lots of showings but I can count the number of realtor reviews on one hand.

Needs major improvements

We are currently selling our home. We have found the app to be unreliable for showing requests. We currently have it set up to give us a one hour notice for showings that we can either approve, deny, or reschedule. Initially, it was working fine. We opted to receive the requests via text and email. However, now it’s suddenly not working consistently. For example, a realtor requested a showing, but we didn’t receive a text about it until over an HOUR after it was put into the system rather than sending a text instantly like it was previously. This caused us to almost miss the showing and/or we would have lost our one hour timeframe to prepare and leave the home. Imagine how terrible and embarrassing it would have been for a buyer to show up on our doorstep while we were still home having no idea about the showing request. Awful! It was working fine for the week prior, so we don’t know what happened. Our settings didn’t change, our internet/phone service was fine, and our realtor has no idea why that happened either. The other problem is that the showing feedback doesn’t work either. Our realtor has to forward the emails to us instead of the feedback showing on the app. Frustrations from both the realtor and client on this one and wish we didn’t have to use it.

Horrible app

It gives an agent minimal accountability in noting feedback from the showing.
This to me is lazy.
Instead of pre choice selections how about changing showing feedback to one where an agent has to actually work and type in the “ real time” feedback from their viewers???
Home owners do like to read the feedback so they can improve if possible.
Having an “ excellent “ viewing rating than a 2 star listing feedback (5 being best 1 being worst) is quite a contradiction and only confuses the sellers. Make the agent actually type backup for their ratings would make this app more professional.

Hi, Agents can customize the feedback templates in many markets. They have options to enter multiple-choice questions or ask open-ended questions to get feedback on different features of the home. I love the App, it’s so easy to use even if you are technically Challenged.
Bought and sold many homes in my years, wish I would of had this then.

Great for Out of Town Sellers

My rental house was a three hour drive from my hone in another partvof the state. Showing Time was so great in that all I had to do was leave a key in the lockbox on the door and Buyer’s Agents scheduled their clients through the app. I then either approved the appointment or rescheduled it if I had painters or repair companies coming at the requested times. This was a very convenient feature. I also liked the Buyers’ survey section where I could read what they thought about the house. My rental property hsd two offers within a week and the sale went smoothly. Now I am selling another rental house that is a two-hour drive away. Very pleased to use Showing Time again.

Good idea, terrible execution

It makes selling your house easier, yes. Notifications come through and sometimes you can approve showing items yourself. The app falls short in so many areas though. Just a few simple changes and it could be amazing.

For one: when last minute showings come through (and I mean requests to see the house in literally 1 minute, we got a request to show the house at 8:20 and it was 8:19) the seller can’t approve them. On 2 occasions I had to call my realtor at odd hours to approve them.

Two: the app doesn’t allow any type of showing window restrictions. There are times during the day where we CANNOT show the house. We hate denying showtimes but how difficult would it be to simply set a time window in the app?? No I do not want to show my house when I’m laying in bed about to fall asleep.

Three: certain things are just not coming through to the seller. I never get feedback from the showings that my realtor gets. Also it took like 24 hours for my house to even show up on the app.

Four: the app is not user friendly. It is not easy to navigate. Just bad. Hire a gen z intern to fix it.

There are different rules and policies in different markets which means that they may also have to make notes in other services to be compliant. Feedback is not required in many markets and your agent may choose to review it with you in person rather than via the app. We recommend reaching out to them for details We recommend reaching out to our support team (details below) to discuss the inability to confirm the appointments. Your home would not have shown in the app until your agent added your details on their side. We only know that it is your listing when the email you set the account up with is the same as the one the agent configures.
