This is genius! Easy to setup and get instant notifications on the requests for showing and acceptance of showings; no more slow-time phoning back and forth between multiple agents, owners and sellers… also the feedback option is super for instantaneous information on pricing and staging and any other potential seller issues on the property. Super user-friendly and a tool which is a game changer in steam lining each step of the process for both parties.

Handy Home Sale app

Not only does this app keep track of showings and appointments, it also has a "feedback" tab where buyer's agents can provide useful feedback after the showing. The only negative is that I get ghost notifications. There's been a notification on the app badge for three days. But I've gone through the entire app and don't have any pending notifications. Other than that this app is excellent.

Makes scheduling showings a snap!

With the stress of selling my home, not missing a showing opportunity is a major focus. This app makes it so easy to be notified of showing requests. I can easily accept, decline or request a different date and/or time with just a click. No phone calls back and forth with a real estate agent! All the requests are in one place to review!
I would be lost without this app! I highly recommend it!!

Convenient but needs more features

As a homeowner this app makes in convenient to accept or reject requests for showings.

However I wish there was a spot in the app where all confirmed showings were listed. The way it is now the list shows all requests, confirmations, rescheduled and cancelled showings so it can be a bit confusing if you have a lot of activity.

I also wish there was a way to easily add showings to my calendar from the app.

Easy to respond to showing requests quickly.

At first I wasn’t sure of how to respond to buyers but now I do and my phone doesn’t leave my side. I like how it shows the realtor name and company and gives an option to delay or cancel on my side. I’m working with GentleTransitions who help 55+ to sort, pack, move, recycle, donate and discard. We’re still weeks away from clearing my condo but had a repeat showing over the weekend. Maybe an offer soon? I have a lot of medical issues and now have a senior apt with no stairs that’s bigger than my condo. Hoping, to attract competing investors who will renovate for a homeowner. Thanks!

I’d love to see one small change. It would be great for me, as the seller, to be able to limit how late (or early) in the day a potential buyer can get a viewing. I don’t want to decline anyone’s viewing. It would just be great to have a little leeway in forming a day that works better for us as the owners occupying.

Almost useless

I can’t believe how many good reviews this has as it’s actually so pointless I’m compelled to write a review. I am living and working in the house that’s being shown and can’t block off times that the house is unavailable via the app myself, instead I must call the realtor. There is no option to decline a showing via replying to text, it makes you use the app and of course the app kicks you out and forces you to re-log in frequently. There’s also a notification that will NOT go away despite my having clicked every tab and every message, and of course, logging out and back in. Oh well, at least there’s a graph with data that is not enhanced at all by being expressed graphically. Overlay showing count with area averages or interest rates or something. Geez.

Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. In some markets, agents have to take additional steps when a listing is not available for appointments in their board/association. We are tracking the idea to allow you to submit dates in the app where showings cannot take place and will keep you informed. In markets where it is available, you can also reply with an "N" to decline a showing via text. Please contact us so that we can look into your agents' market for more information.
