  • Problems

    Have had problems from day 1. Thought I had a defective product exchanged it and had same issue.
    Emailed several times no help. They replied to basically just update firmware but it’s up to date. I followed instructions and does not help.
    There is no contact # which would be easier.

    Issues :
    -Keeps saying camera is offline but it’s on
    -Monitor keeps blinking a black screen every few seconds.
    -Keeps detecting sounds and motion when there is none. (And Can’t view as it says camera off line)
    Pay for premium and most features don’t work.
    Absolutely frustrating. Not happy.

  • Useless

    Been missing live feed for days, which means no sound feedback to hear if my 4 month old is crying.
    I got premium for the sleep diary, and the sleep diary doesn’t work. Not sure if it’s because the live feed is broken, but it’s telling me the camera isn’t connected to Hubble premium… but it also won’t let me connect. The frustration this has caused is 1000% not worth the two days that this product actually worked how it was advertised to.
    Never buying another Hubble product again, after this disastrous experience. I’m probably going to throw this away. It’s not like I can return it at this point.
    Guess I’ll just always stay within earshot of my baby until he gets older. So disappointed.

  • Useless Monitors

    We purchased a twin Hubble camera system with the wireless parent unit. Neither camera will stay connected with either the app, or the wireless unit for more than a couple minutes at most. Picture is great for the few minutes it works, but completely useless when you have to cycle power every 3 minutes to connect and view anything. Cameras are also very bulky and not friendly to mount on the wall near a crib. 10/10 do NOT recommend these products. We will be returning them and looking for a different brand. Money very poorly spent.

  • Unable to remove/delete a camera

    The app is nice and all I love how you can see live and all the features that come with it. I am also a Hubble premium member, however one of my cameras is offline not sure if it was a wifi problem. My wifi works because I also have a Hubble camera in my living room and that one is just fine. The one in my room is the one that says offline and I am unable to delete the camera from the app it states “Delete device failed - Unknown error description”

    So how am I suppose to get this fixed I’ve tried emailing them no one gets back to me I’ve called multiple times. I am upset.

  • App Disconnects Frequently

    Three weeks ago a firmware update caused the handheld unit to start flashing to a black screen every few seconds. Everything was fine until I opened up the app and it started to automatically update so I know that is what caused the problem. I messaged the company on Facebook and they said they would look into it. Three weeks have gone by without a fix or any kind of update. The screen doesn’t get very dim even on the lowest brightness setting so the blinking to a black screen is very disrupting in a dark room on my night table. I would just use the app on my phone because the camera doesn’t blink on there but that’s constantly disconnecting and freezing too.. it’s a shame that this camera has so many issues because it does have a very clear picture (when it works..which isn’t often)

  • Great camera quality, connectivity issues

    We have an almost two year old and hoping to add another kiddo to the family soon, so we switched from a different baby monitor to a HubbleConnected monitor for the split screen function. Setting up the camera in our son’s room was super easy as was getting the app set up. The external monitor has great quality and has been a great function when around the house. We also liked that this monitor had the ability to be seen on our phones as we are both full-time workers, which when it works has a wonderful picture quality. The app itself has had a lot of issues even when we have above 90% WiFi strength. Most nights while our son is sleeping our phone apps will say that the camera is offline and we are able to monitor our son sleeping. With my other monitor we had a nighttime summary of my sons sleep along with a movement map; this monitor app does not seem to have same functions or as many functions, which is disappointing for the price. The family sharing function also seems to be a bit of crap. We came from a Nanit camera where each member could have their own account and see our son. With this app it has the user email a family member but then they have to log-in with my login anyways so what’s the point. Little disappointed with how this app works and we are unsure if we want to move forward with this product.

There are several reasons why your camera is listed as offline: 1. the camera may be unplugged and turned off, 2. the upload speed or the WiFi signal strength are low, and 3. the camera may show as offline, whereas it is not (this is the case if you still receive notifications, for instance). To see whether that is the case, you may want to try two things: a) Refresh your camera list by pulling it down with your finger, and b) Turn the camera off and on again.   • App Functions half of the time

    The concept of the app is great, but the functionality is horrible. The app works about half of the time and when it does work it takes forever to load and lags significantly. For the amount of money that I spent on this camera system, wanting both the monitor and app capabilities. I keep the monitor on my bedside table and use the app the rest of the time. I’m really disappointed and it’s not worth the money. My wifi signal strength is strong and the app, monitor and cameras are UTD.

  • Love this baby monitor- great price too:)

    Bought this monitor for a trip to Mexico but after setting it up I was amazed at how much it does and for such a great price. We have a more expensive monitor that was given to us as well as a sound machine/night light. This checks a lot of boxes and I would highly recommend.

    - suggestion: add calming noises in addition to the lullabies and audiobooks then you’re my ALL in one;)

  • Great quality affordable product

    I just started using it but I already love it! It’s really easy to use didn’t take long at all to figure out how to work the controls on the app. It has a lot of different things you can do. I personally love the lullaby songs it comes with cause it puts my baby to sleep instantly! Overall great camera quality and great easy to use features. Highly recommend!
