  • Très bien!

    Fonctionne super bien. Très agréable de pouvoir utiliser l’écran qui vient avec mais aussi notre cellulaire pour voir ce qui se passe et aussi pour lui parler et la rassurer! Je recommande fortement!!

  • Save your money!

    This device and the app are the absolute worst. Several times the sensor pad is incorrect, so we removed it, and the camera connection goes out extremely frequently. We've tested the signal in this room to ensure its not our internet.

    Moreover, there are no features of value here! Often times the motion sensor doesn't prompt a notification. Just yesterday for example my daughter was sitting in bed for who knows how long until I happened to check on her. This happens daily so I'm constantly having to watch the camera.

    The updates are also done overnight, which is awful considering the monitor would be used most when baby sleeps.

    Honestly, there are a lot of overpriced baby items out there but I can safely say this has been the worst and most regrettable purchase.

  • Great camera and app for price

    Bought this baby monitor for around $60 for travel. We were shocked to see that the camera and app perform close to, if not the same as our $300 monitor and app. Really impressed!

  • The WORST product a parent could buy

    I wish I’d never purchased this product. It has been an absolute nightmare from the very first moment we opened the box and tried to use it.

    It’s so disheartening to know that a product in this price range could be SO terrible.

    I live in the ideal home for this product. Wifi is great, is located near the camera + monitor, and am using it for its basic functioning - well, I’d hoped… I just needed this as a monitor.

    This monitor WILL NOT work on your phone app. It consistently says “your camera is offline” when it isn’t….
    You’ll have to reset your camera DAILY.
    Just forget using your phone entirely - if that’s what you’re after, it won’t give you that peace of mind that you need.

    Forget trying to remove, reset and re-add your device to your account, the camera doesn’t even work to follow the prompts of announcing “ready to pair”

    And from the very moment you set this up, you’ll be harassed about upgrading to premium every single time you open the app on your phone. Want to check on your child? Well it’ll take you some time because you’ll have to exit the “upgrade to premium” prompts. Why would I ever upgrade to premium for a product THAT DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED?!

    Please, please do yourself a favour and go with literally any other camera, any other company. I will never, ever, ever re-purchase another item from Hubble again.

  • The app NEVER works

    This is beyond frustrating for a $400 price tag. It just constantly shows a wheel spinning and never connects. Would not recommend whatsoever.

  • Pure garbage

    I would give zero stars if I could. The monitor stopped taking a charge about 4 months after we purchased these cameras. The cameras themselves constantly go offline for zero reason. Save your money and buy different cameras.

  • Don’t buy this camera

    One of our two cameras stopped working within a week. The app where you see your baby will say camera is offline when it’s not and the non WiFi monitor is working. The app stops working often. Terrible cameras and very difficult to pair.

  • Terrible system

    Do. Not. Buy. It won’t connect at the worst times. Like in the middle of the night after an update. Worse purchase.

  • Can never get in touch with someone

    The app is ok but there are few features available outside of the subscription. Also, if anything happens to your camera or monitor, you won’t be able to get in touch with anyone. Their customer service seems to be non existent.
