  • Honest App and camera review

    We have had our camera for about 2 months now. The app is really easy to use and straight forward. We love the features it provides which help track our baby’s growth, sleep schedule, and more.
    When it comes to the camera, it is a bit fuzzy. The app is delayed and isn’t that clear. I have a great connection as I work from home and work requires that I have the best internet connection as an IT Tech.
    The camera and included monitor lose signal all the time making it very frustrating to use. I usually just use my phone which takes up most my battery.
    We have the Nursery Pal Crib Edition.
    When it works, it’s fine but I would recommend trying some other brand or maybe a different model.

  • Disappointed

    Camera started to give out after 2 months. It stopped reliably connecting to our phones and the main hub doesn’t have much distance, so we were not afforded the full range capabilities that we thought we would have, making nights on a patio or even in the dining room at times impossible. Just recently, 3 months in, the entire camera has given out, nice. This product came highly recommended, and promised much more than its delivered for our family. I am hoping we are a rare failure on behalf of the company, but this product is absolutely disappointing. I’ll dangle the extra star assuming their customer service will be responsive to our issues.

  • Regular Server Errors

    UPDATE: 5 months in and still experiencing the same server issues. The cameras are easy to setup but good luck getting them to stay connected for viewing through the app. I'm glad I bought this system through my baby registry because I have up to 12 months to return it. Biggest upset is I'm out the money for the subscription that I'm getting no use out of.

    I've only had this system for 2 months and am already experiencing regular server connection errors. The cameras work great with the Hubble monitor over my wifi but because the servers aren't working my wife and I can't view the camera feeds on our phones. I purchased the Hubble Club subscription and now it's pointless and I feel like I'm wasting money. I've gone through all the steps to reset and reconnect and nothing helps. I even used the troubleshoot feature in the app and it takes me to a webpage that just says it's under maintenance. So far, kind of disappointed in this system.

  • Great product, good service

    I had two Hubble cameras and they were great for our kids! Excellent night vision & my son loved the light and sound options. My husband prefers a parent monitor next to him at night vs phone notifications because he does not wake to those. Customer service was so patient with me as I tried to find the right products that were compatible with what we were looking for. Nursery Pal Deluxe Twin is enroute and really looking forward to it's use! I work long night shift hours away from home so the app will be great for me to check in while the parent monitor will be great for my husband at night. Appreciate Mohammed's time and patience in helping me return the extra equipment I previously bought and apply a generous discount to get exactly what our family needs. Loving Hubble so far!

  • Good quality! Love the flexibility it provides.

    We have the Nursery Pal Premium and have enjoyed it after using another brand monitor for our kid. We are adding an additional camera for our 2nd baby on the way and appreciate even having that capability. We thought we may miss the pano-view or ability to scan the camera around that other monitors boast of, but this one has truly worked out well for us. It’s also easy to pack and take on trips and view from the app on our phones without the monitor. It’s a good quality monitor for the price and I’d recommend it to others.

  • Love the functionality

    I’m still getting used to the app, but am very happy with the ease of use. I love being able to have remote access to our cameras so we can check in on our little ones when grandparents have them for the night. We are so happy that we have added a 3rd camera to our setup -Nursery Pal Cloud Twin (which we had to order through customer service as it’s not available on the website yet). We are waiting for it to arrive to add to our setup. I recommend this brand and have been very satisfied with their customer service.

  • Unreliable

    I bought a 60$ baby monitor and received this one as a gift after… I returned the 60$ one because of all the exports things this one had… 1st if all.. the notifications are like 3 minutes delayed.. the camera moves back to the ceiling every time I exit out of the app.. (I do not have it on ceiling mode).. but the biggest thing is it times out and takes you off the monitoring part after a certain amount of time unless you keep your screen on the whole time and even then it cuts out for minutes at a time. Lucky my daughter sleeps across the hall from us and her dad is a light sleeper cause there no WAY I’d wake up to her cry in the faint distance! Only reason I gave this 2 stars is cause I like the fact I can access it from work! Oh and to report a problem it tells you to shake your phone. Every time I’ve fallowed and shook my phone it doesn’t work! Then I click on the “check for bug” or something like that, it boots me out of the app.. Needless to say, I’m very upset mom who is definitely not a fan.

  • Terrible, unreliable app

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst app that basically works so inconsistently it might as well not even exist. My monitor works fine with the handheld parent unit but the mobile app shows the camera is offline at least 95% of the time, which is incorrect as the parent unit works just fine which also uses WiFi. Everything else in my entire house that uses WiFi works fine and very consistently. This app on the other hand is a poor excuse of a baby monitoring app. The parent unit will show 5 full WiFi bars and be working flawlessly while the app says the camera is offline. I would return the entire monitor system but the support for Hubble in general is terrible and they’re refusing to refund the product, so I’m stuck with it. I would say 90% of the appeal of this specific company was the fact they have an app to check in on baby when away. I will never buy another product from this company and will shout it from the roof tops to everyone I know to also avoid it.

  • Works and more

    The app works as intended, streaming smoothly locally AND remotely with ease. I emailed the developers to suggest adding an option when sharing the live stream so it could be shared WITHOUT audio. I want remote grandparents’ access but I don’t want everything my wife and I say to also be available to everyone in the family. Within 2 weeks, the feature appeared exactly as requested, just like the support team’s email reply had promised. I’ve NEVER had that sort of quick and complete support from any app at all. So the fact that we all now get the exact feature I brought up is the sort of thing that definitely deserves that 5th star on top of everything else already having been intuitive and operational to near perfect levels.

  • Actually works!

    We purchased the Hubble after our Lollipop failed more often than it worked. This HubbleClub app worked great until my iPhone got a software update. It didn’t work for a few days there but it’s back in action.

    I caution anyone relying on phone apps for baby monitors. Get the one that comes with its own screen- too many things can go wrong with these apps!
