  • Does not work as advertised. Waste of time

    I use to order at corporate cafeteria. The update comes to app to tell me order is ready and never is. I show up to get order and the cafeteria hasn’t even started working on it. Total waste of time. Don’t use this App as pointless. Just go and order at cafeteria as doesn’t save any time and no one cares to fix it.

  • Poor support

    My company uses SSO and the app has been getting stuck. I contacted the help desk and they said my company isn’t a client. Which is probably news to them. I don’t blame the person responding—I blame the fact they used their system and can’t find my company listed. Cannot believe I have to use this to order lunch.

  • Needs improvement

    One of the many issues I face is that I am unable to customize any of the offerings. You can only order what standard.
    Additionally, a big pinpoint is that the app will never tell you what your order number is so when you go to pick up your order, it is a guessing game. You have to look through all the orders to see which one might have your name on it.

  • Unusable

    App will not even allow for me or most of my co-workers to create an account. I loved eatify, which my company used to use and we could order food without issue. Hopefully they fix this soon or we won't be able to order ahead ever. Makes life so inconvenient. Horrible company.
  • Scanning items is broken

    The app will let you scan items then it gets to the “building custom menu” page then it’s stuck on a blank white page. Tried all troubleshooting steps with no resolution
  • Garbage app

    Great that my job decided to switch to this piece of garbage app. Now I can’t buy lunch most times because of some problem with this idiot made app. The general usage of the app is poor too like even when it’s working it’s like it was designed by someone who never used a similar application.
  • Unreliable

    This app is the only way to purchase items from our workplace food area. It’s especially irritating when it fails. Today, items scan, phone vibrates, phone stays on the scan screen.
    Other times, it just has a token error or something similar.
  • Poor support

    Two weeks ago the developer changed something on the backend that broke payments and they haven’t figured it out yet. It’s a pet peeve of mine when a business makes it difficult to pay. The Apple Pay button fails 100% of the time and the option to add cards to app only lets you add a nickname for the payment but no actual payment info. Then they tease you with secret menu items you can only order through the app but you can’t pay for them. So you have to go a local kiosk order something else then track down a manager to change your order to what you actually want. I thought this was a me problem but the manager assured me that everyone at our location is having this problem. I hope they decide to change service providers soon.

  • Ok so far

    Company cafeteria switched from well rated app to this. Ok so far. They need to add the beverages to the menu. Until then you have to scan the barcode on the beverage. So to order ahead of time you have to keep your last beverage container on your desk, in order to have the barcode available. On the old app you could re-order from your order history. If this was available you wouldn’t need the barcode, you could just re-order.

  • Not user friendly

    You cannot stay logged in if using an SSO login; you must select an order pickup time at the beginning of the order process, not the end, and by the time you’re done putting in your order, that time isn’t available and you have to select a new one…but most of the time none of the other time options are available either, so you have to cancel and reorder for a MUCH further our pick up time, otherwise the problem will repeat. A very frustrating way to start the day.
