Absolutely loving this app as it’s so much in one. Brendon’s Daily Fires are amazing nuggets of gold that are for that day only so shouldn’t be missed! That added exclusivity alone makes it feel like a personal coach having daily check-ins with you. His positive energy, as always, will start or end your day right.
There are live events with various outstanding coaches. The ability to take notes which are then saved along with the recording means you don’t have to worry about organising and storing your notes separately.
Journaling also is very helpful and trackable, just to either note what’s on your mind or use the Growth Prompts to open up your thinking by focussing on specific questions. You can also write life reviews daily, weekly, or monthly which will be useful to look back at over extended timeframes to really see your growth.
Plus the courses, challenges, not to mention the planner, life scoring, and more! GrowthDay really is an elegant way to start developing those small habits that will build on themselves. Brendon Burchard is amazing. I love his books, his videos, his teachings, his attitude, his dedication and commitment to be a living example of his work and enormous compassion to help others. The growth day app is a culmination of tools carefully designed to provide guidance for personal growth.
The daily fire is a new short (5-15min) audio message from Brendon each day. His direct connection with caring for the content presented every day along with designing a larger message for each month with numerous wonderful teachers makes the app a foundation for your growth. Morning Fire lover!!!
To hear Brendon’s soothing and encouraging voice every morning is like the sound of an encouraging friend who never disappoints. I either replay it or take notes to keep the encouraging flow throughout the day. Because I love to write with pen and paper I have not been able to fully incorporate the app into my life (I’m just not that much of an online person); even still, I see it’s enormous value and do promote it to people weekly.
I give the app 5 stars because of the learning available within it, the top quality of the people behind it, and the unbeatable research that went before it’s creation. Personal development at its finest is evident throughout the app and can be used as a valuable asset to personal growth. If you are an app and online persona, I could not encourage you enough to do a deep dive into the Growth Day app and enhance your like and personal development.

I love this app! The daily Fire from Brendon is my absolutely favorite part. Every. Single. Day. It helps get me going, and reminds me that not only is he cheering the world on, but there’s a whole community out in the world! It helps me feel like I am a part of something larger than myself. There are so many pieces to the app, but I was so excited to have life scores in a digital format to look at visually. And I’m a pen and paper person when it comes to journaling, but I also like to travel light AND still be able to do my HPX planning on-the-go no matter where I am. Brendan has outdone himself with this groundbreaking app! The Daily 🔥is such an incredible way to get set and mentally prepped for the day.
His team of speakers are incredible, so much wisdom and they overdeliver every month. Being able to take notes within the app has been so amazing so I can listen wherever I am, whatever I’m doing and stop and quickly write down the gems.
I’ve been a big fan of the Start Today Journal for a long time but this takes it to another dimension, reminders to take my daily/weekly/monthly scores has been incredible.

Focus, Planning and Motivation All in One
Whether I’m planning my week, setting goals or needing to get my head right to stay motivated and positive in the day, this is where I head. Brendon does a DAILY fire message where he literally records a daily focus and motivational message. There are places to set your goals, set your plan for them, there are speakers from all backgrounds that speak on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the replays are available in there, and my favorite are the life scoring and the prompts for the journals. I’m not a journal person: never have been. But this gives you the place to start with prompts that trigger you to have something to write and journal about. And then the life assessments keep you on track so it’s not a month or 2 of one area slipping in your life before you realize it. As crazy as it sounds, this app is what I reach to before I need to start a project or just get my head right if it’s been a challenging day.Show lessQueenE12

I am an incredibly motivated person, however Brandon the creator of this app exceeds every expectation about creating more passion & drive for personal growth everyday. All the tools in this application are amazing. I especially love the daily motivational talks, the coaching videos, and the ability to journal all in one location.
