The great personal growth app
If you are looking to grow personally (and professionally) this app is for you! Joining GrowthDay was the best decision I made this year. I started on January 1st! I’ve been part of the original group and part of the Beta testing of the app. I love the daily message Brendon Burchard provides, it starts my day. Then I follow up with completing my daily journal to set my intentions for the day. At night as I end the day, I complete the daily scoring of how my day went and I make notes for the next day. But my favorite part of GrowthDay are the live sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from the best high performance leaders! David Bach, Dave Hollis, Mel Robbins, Jonathan Fields, Anthony Trucks, Glo Atanmo, and of course Brendon Burchard . I’m sure I forgot to mention someone or something… this app has replaced my social media apps!Show lessbldavi1

I’m loving this app. If you are a fan of personal development this app had it all. Daily fire messages from the master Brendon Burchard, access to more training on a wide range of topics than most could consume in a year, twice weekly coaching sessions from some of the top leaders in OD. Well worth the price of admission and I haven’t even got to the journaling, planning and life scoring sections to help you gauge where your at and strat making your life better, more meaningful, more joyful, and more fulfilling day by day, little by little. I had never really been able to journal or plan my day effectively before I got this app.
Yes I had diaries that I always misplaced when I needed them or found them too pretty to write in; and countless to do lists written on pieces of paper. Just having them never felt like a system and just seemed to hinder my time management rather than improve it.
This app not only allows you to journal your way to a better mindset both morning and evening, but also really helps you to reflect on your week, month, life by giving you prompts for areas to think about.
It also has a plan section where you can keep all of those “to do lists” and goal tracking records in one place.
Couple this with daily inspiration from Brendon and twice weekly coaching sessions from the best influencers in the business and you really do have the complete personal growth development package.
