If you want to switch guild, you never able to enter back a guild. I don’t understand why when there is a guild event and always are consecutive multiple events in a row and stopping people to enter a guild and even the event is doneAsuka1303
Really annoyed
I loved this game and played it for over a year. When I recently tried to play it again, after not doing so in a while, my entire account was gone and the game tried to make me restart the entire thing.
This made me really upset and led to me deleting the game entirely, even though I enjoyed playing so much, but I did not want to have to work back up to the level I was.
I did not want to give the game a bad review because I loved it so much in the past, but I needed to tell what had happened to me.Show lessHawthorne.baby
Awful customer service
After playing this game for almost 3 years I was mysteriously logged off my account and have been trying to get it back for over a week. After providing years worth of records I’m just refused access to my account as my records are apparently inconsistent???
Truly the worst customer service I’ve experience I’ve ever had in my life. Seems like the devs only care about getting money from this game since so much of it is locked behind a paywall and I was dumb enough to fall into the paywall trap. Wasted years of my life and money on this game, you’d think they would at least TRY to help.Show lesskglden
