The app keeps crashing regardless of me deleting the app multiple times. I literally can’t open it at all anymore

I love everything about this, the light strip was incredibly long so I was able to decorate my room so well ! I’ve also downloaded the app which had awful reviews about the ads but I have not seen one singular ad since I downloaded it so I assume it was fixed!
Although my only “issue” is that I can’t connect stuff like Spotify to the lights which would’ve made this even more amazing.
But that aside I really love it and it’s definitely worth buying!

Avoid this app and product. Like the plague.
The app constantly serves you unskippable adverts on launch which means you have to wait for at least 30 seconds before being able to turn the lights on or off. Appalling stuff. I’ll be ripping out these lights shortly and replacing with another brand that aren’t pure garbage.
This is a good app. I don’t know why people say it’s not.
I’ve had this app for a year and a half and the only thing I don’t like is the ads but that doesn’t really matter.

I never had to log in now I do but it is a great app cuz I lost my controller for my leds
GET RID OF THE ADS
at least make it clickable immediately, why am I watching “5s” before I can turn it off (you all know about those 5 second counters but it’s actually like 8 seconds)

Need to add some features for holiday themes. Also it would be nice to figure out the music situation, does not sync with any if the music on my phone!

I wouldn’t care to redo this so many times if this wasn’t litterally unsafe at this point lol.
So i bought these lights because my bedroom doesn’t have any overhead light at all.
So first off the sensor for these is so sensitive, almost every time i use my tv remote it triggers it and the lights start flashing red and green super fast. i have epilepsy so i cannot be around the flashing lights for too.
What makes it worse is the remote that comes with it barely works so i have to use the app, but every single time i open the app it takes so long to load and then right as i go to fix them i have to watch an ad?? Why in the world do i have to watch an ad to use something i bought??
So while my lights are flashing like crazy i have to sit there and wait until the ad is over and hope i don’t have a seizure in the meantime.
Another thing is me and my boyfriend live together and he isn’t able to connect to the lights at all, even if im not there and not connected to them at all he’s not able to connect it only lets one phone be connected to it. So if im not home he has no way to change the lights since the remote doesn’t work.
