  • Strange UI and Poor Business Model

    Lots of love went into creating this app, but it has a strange UI and a poor business model. First, the fonts are odd and not very legible. Second, and most importantly, I don't see the benefits of using this app versus PirateShip or Shippo. Both platforms offer similar features like analytics, deep discounts (even better and bigger than yours), and direct printing from the phone—for free. Plus, they include unlimited batch postage processing and customizable follow-up emails to senders. Your model hides everything behind a very pricey subscription paywall, and the 'free account' shipping rates are too limited. You're essentially charging an 'app tax’ for those who just want an app. For your business to be profitable at scale, I think you'll need to rethink this approach and provide comparable value to users. Right now, you’re only capturing the ignorant by chance, and losing them the same way.

  • Great Rates and Easy Low Cost Subscription!

    Besides Pirate Ship having low costs for small businesses I recommend this app as well! This app is easy to use! Low rates with the member ship of only 12.99 a month and you get so many back room features from rates as low as 2.99 to 5lb packages only being at most $8.97. As a small business that sells a variety of different products they have never failed me! Need a refund on a unused label? I’ve gotten a full refund everytime with fast communication! Rating 5/5 isn’t enough! I recommend this app to anyone in search of a low cost and reliable shippjng label and tracking app!

    This app isn’t it. Prices are too high. I ship using Pirate Ship & the prices are nowhere near outrageous like this. If I use this app, I might as well go to the post office in person. Except, it’ll be cheaper there. I don’t Recommend this app. As a person who ships a lot.

    Update: to response. No thanks! Pirate Ship does me right without having to pay for a subscription! This app is still a big no for me.

    Hi, Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues. Sometimes internet connectivity issues are the cause of addresses not verifying. Please try force closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact support@idshipthat.app and I’d be happy to help. ** Update ** We've made a number of improvements to the app so this issue should no longer occur!
  • WAY TOO PRICEY

    Shipping pin trades only costs me at max 5$ if i just go to the post office even with tracking and this app tried to charge me 15$ and the other option was for 30$ rather just go to the post office at this point.

    Hi! Sorry you seem to be having an issue with the app. It is very unlikely that there would be such a large discrepancy as we do not impose these kinds of markups on our shipping labels (in many cases our rates are lower than the post office). I would assume what is more likely is that you entered pounds instead of ounces for the weight of the package or something of that nature.   • Recommend for businesses

    I like this app. I can print labels wirelessly from my phone. I can also avoid credit card fees by purchasing credits (gold) and paying just one fee upfront then using my credits as needed. If you ship often It makes sense. I like that I can send the labels directly to my customers as well so they can verify the address and have access to the tracking information. Also, the customer service is amazing. They will literally answer your questions or refund you in seconds. I recommend this app to my friends all the time.

  • Charge me

    I’m steady being billed after canceling the subscription that I accidentally purchased the first time. They gave me a refund so I cancel it afterwards and took it off my phone and the charged me again.
