    I have had real problems with arrangement -
    They have said I did t attend classes when I did - and therefore have had a strike which means I now cannot book !!!!
    The receptionist tried to help but that hadn’t worked either !!!!!
    You wont even let me use the nicknames I have chosen / just dont believe they have ALL been taken !!!

  • Overcomplicated

    Booking through this app is an exercise in self control. Even with family membership, every time you book you have to enter your membership number. And your personal details TWICE. once to add to basket, once to confirm booking. What then is the point of having an app???
  • It’s not easy to use

    I found that it’s very hard to use, especially if you don’t understand the app also it’s very hard to book things in advance when you don’t know when you’re not at work. Also I tried to book a swim and it said it was fully booked and I was on a waiting list and within two minutes of me, getting in my house changed to say that I could go which then I had to than find out how to cancel the swim to let somebody else go to swim is it possible to go back as it was before Covid where you don’t have to book for a swim?

  • Worst app I have ever used

    This app is the worst I have ever used. It does not integrate with an iPhone at all. It’s hard to navigate the menu option to find what you would like, when you finally find your session, to book it I have to enter in my name and email 3 times, accept T&C twice, it cannot use auto fill so everything has to be entered manually, and it does not work with any pay app so you have to get your physical card and type it in. Crazy. Other poor features are, text over buttons which you cannot press. Icons do not match the text. A website would be better than this app.

    After finding myself logged out of the App and unable to get back in despite repeatedly resetting the password, I am having to ask centre staff to manually book me only classes, or use the website. After calling into Skyliner last week again, the staff could still not log me in. It has been so frustrating I have considered cancelling my membership. I need an App that is quick and easy to use so I can book classes and cancel if necessary in good time. Please help if you can. Thank you

  • Fantastic local facility

    Have started swimming at Abbeycroft after a few years away from the area.
    The re- vamped changing area & showers etc are very good. I have been really impressed.
    The staff are always busy keeping everywhere clean .
    I particularly like the many ‘ NO outdoor shoes’ signs, although I still see people ignore this!!
    All the staff are friendly & helpful.
    The on- line booking is easy & works well.

    How many times do I need to put my emails address in and phone number?! 3 times is too many it’s supposed to be a quick process but takes 5 mins to book a swim session!!
  • Classes

    Things are getting back, but it’s not the same! I used to do a HIIT class on Thursday at 5 but the instructor is not with you now I don’t think. Covid has a lot to answer for!!!
  • Aqua aerobics

    Superb sessions enjoyed at kingfisher on a Monday and Wednesday morning, led by excellent teachers, Ellen and Lyndsey. A very good work-out felt by everyone involved.
