  • Absolutely loving it!!

    Never thought in a million years id being going off to the gym by myself but since taking the plunge to go for it, i can safely say i am really enjoying it, i still have a lot of other classes to try once i work up the courage to book one but i know once i do there really wont be any stopping me!! I’m not the most confident person in the world but i thought if i don’t give it a try ill never do it….so so glad i took the plunge…the best part of it is i dont have any real goals just to get a little fitter than i am and have fun while i do it and if i lose weight along the way then its a bonus!! If you are thinking of going even if its along go for it!! The most important part of exercise it enjoying it and not thinking of it as a chore because it soon becomes boring!!

  • Just re-joined since the pandemic

    Just joined again since covid and loving it already. However you used to have two LBT classes in the evening and now only one. Please fit another one in if you can! I can see it’s already a very popular class!
  • App is not working!!

    My friends and I are regular swimmers at Mildenhall Hub however changes to the app are causing much frustration as we can’t complete payment or we’re told our details aren’t correct. Please can you sort this out as you will loose customers if people can’t complete their booking.
  • Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve used in a decade.

    Almost impossible to use on an iPhone. Boxes at the bottom of the page are covered by writing that should be underneath it. Never click the X, ie you’re on the accept terms and cons page and if viewing vertically you can’t see the accept button (way off to the right somewhere) so if you click the X you’re back at the home page (all bookings gone). Abbreviations all over the place and no explanation as to what they mean. It doesn’t remember your membership number, details or card number to pay. No Apple Pay or PayPal.
    It is just a generally poor effort at an app, something you’d expect from a beginner at an evening class. Makes you wonder how everything else is run. Safety, investment, management staffing etc 🤷‍♂️🤞. Not a great start to your families leisure experience.

  • Unable to book via app

    1) App does not use the right tags on card fields so it won’t auto fill
    2) Only method of payment is card. A less secure option than Apple Pay.
    3) The main problem, trying to pay does not work and card is immediately forgotten
  • Not good

    This app doesn’t work well at all. On entering the home page it looks really good a lot of work has gone into getting this page working however that’s were the compliment finishes. On trying to book sessions this is truly awful. The swimming booking works ok but the gym booking and booking sessions for the soft play for my child needs more development. I try to book a gym session but the app won’t let me even though I have a membership. I also live in between Haverhill and Sudbury so use gyms in both towns which my membership allows but when trying to change the gym location from Haverhill to Sudbury for all my searching I can’t see how to do this on the app. A really poor effort.

  • Absolutely terrible

    Not only really poor performing app, but also really poor customer service from Abbeycroft Leisure BSE. Seriously, get someone who knows what they are doing with IT to help people with the app, rather than the receptionist on the desk who couldn’t care less and is more interested in Facebook than actually providing customer service.

  • Unable to book

    I just want to go swimming. I have tried the app and the website. I have an inspire card, I have a online profile with Abbeycroft but I can’t book a swim. This has got be be the worst online experience I’ve ever had.
  • Terrible

    Abbeycroft have the worst website and app I have ever tried to use. I cancelled my membership last year due to not being able to book in sessions, I decided to try to get another membership but the website doesn’t allow me to get past filling in my details click continue and it does nothing and the app just sits on a page saying loading. You should really hire some I.T guys that know what they’re doing and sort your business it’s a shambles.

    I can’t wait to start swimming again and now I’ll be able to book so I won’t turn up when it’s crowded. An important consideration when swimming
