  • Great app and the dogs are a plus

    Yes^^^^
  • Like it so far but could use improvements

I was using playlists on YouTube for exercise but wanted an easier way of tracking workouts and navigating playlists so this seems to fit the bill pretty well. I also really appreciate the developers providing the service for free without ads. The main issue I have with the app is that the filter options only work for their recommended videos and not for the channels that you specifically favorited. I would really like the option to filter for duration within the videos of the channels that I like. The other thing (which is more of a nice to have but I think it would also benefit a lot of other users, especially for dance workouts) is the option to flip videos horizontally so that the videos mirror you. Overall a great app and will definitely try to incorporate it more into my routines.

Edit: thank you for the response! I do see the filter option within the channel now so that’s really helpful for saving time. Though I do think it would be nice to have the filters on the Home page so you could filter across all your favorites channels rather than filtering in each individual channel. But that is another nice to have :) For the 2nd point, I wasn’t talking about rotating the orientation of the screen. I mean literally flipping the video horizontally so that the person in the video is mirroring you when they face you. For example, when they move to *their left*, it’s showing as moving to *your right* so you don’t have to do the reverse of what they are saying or doing, if that makes sense.

    Developer Response

Thanks so much for the response! I really appreciate the feedback. You actually *can* filter any channel, not just the pre-included ones. If you mark a workout from that channel as “Done” it should automatically appear at the bottom of your Home Screen. You can click the channel from there and filter it. It should also be added to the list of channels in a category. So for example if you add a dance fit channel, it should become one of the channels listed in the filter of all dance channels. Does that make sense? But I definitely want to make it more intuitive since that clearly wasn’t obvious. So thanks again for the feedback! With your second point: I just pulled up a dance fit video on my copy and rotated it and it worked fine. Is your screen lock on that keeps it from rotating? Edit: thanks for the response to the response! Being able to filter all your favorite channels is something I’ve nearly added half a dozen times. Thanks for bringing it up. Will add in the next release. Please reach out via one of the support channels listed here https://newaccount1608847397306.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/67000723537-have-an-idea-for-making-meezee-fit-better- if you would like to beta test this feature. Regarding the screen pivot: thanks for explaining. I will research if that is possible. Edit #2: the ability to filter all your favorite channels together has been released as of April 26, 2024 (version 2024.04.01). If you update, from your Home Screen click the “Favorites” button at the top of the screen and you should be able to filter on your favorite channels together. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions!
